alright, ill be the dumb one (nothing new).. explain these screen shots.. is this from that player screen? and is that what he see on his screen?

Jagger these are direct screen captures of his clients screen.Just like hitting the print screen to take a screenshot on your end.Only difference is PB is taking these screenshots up to 3 times every 15 minutes from each player so we get to see exactly what they are seeing.
